XC circular connector
The circular connector is a type of connector with a cylindrical basic structure and a circular mating surface.
In the interconnection classification, it belongs to category 5 and is used for interconnection between devices. Broadly speaking, it includes low-frequency circular connectors, radio frequency coaxial connectors and audio connectors. The cylindrical structure of the circular connector has natural sturdiness and higher strength than any other shape.

1. The circular electrical connector has advanced structure, convenient use, high reliability, and conforms to the national standard GJB2889;

Composition of circular electrical connector
A kind of in-line steel ball quick lock circular electrical connector shell assembly: It is composed of a plug and a socket. The plug shell assembly is composed of seven parts: a shell, a lock sleeve, a reed, a pin, a steel ball, a shrapnel, and a gasket. After the lock sleeve and the shell are assembled, the pins are inserted from the shell and riveted on the lock sleeve. The lock sleeve and the shell are provided with a 20-degree rotation. 3-4 steel balls are installed in the plug shell to lock the connection. The lock sleeve is provided with a straight groove, and the steel ball is fully retracted into the shell wall when it is not supported; After insertion, the rotating lock sleeve supports the steel ball to protrude from the inner wall of the shell, and then extends into the annular groove on the socket shell to lock the plug and the socket. It also has anti-oblique insertion, anti-error insertion, excellent electrical performance and shielding performance. Anti-vibration, anti-shock, environmental resistance and other advantages. Locking and unlocking is convenient and quick, and the volume is small and convenient to use.
