Design principles in the layout of the whole vehicle electrical wiring harness
Automobile wiring harness is an important part of automobile electronic and electrical system, and it is also a frequent link of vehicle failure. How to improve the reliability of automotive wiring harness work during the design process, reduce the failure rate of the entire vehicle, and ensure that the fault is eliminated in the shortest time when a fault occurs, has become the focus of attention in the design of automotive electrical systems. This article systematically analyzes and discusses the design principles in the layout of the entire vehicle electrical wiring harness.
The design of the automotive electrical system starts from the start of the vehicle or assembly project. The main design process is shown in Figure 1. As a key stage of the design process, the principle design of the electrical system and the three-dimensional layout of the electrical system need to be synchronized. If the principle design of the electrical system is compared to the soul, then the three-dimensional layout of the electrical system is the body that carries the soul. The quality of the completed three-dimensional layout of the electrical system directly affects the quality of the prototype car trial production. Efficient three-dimensional layout can reduce problems in the trial production process, reduce trial production costs, and shorten vehicle design time.
