Method of choosing
The rated voltage of YJV cable is expressed by U0/U(Um):
U0 is the rated power frequency voltage between the conductor and the ground or the metal shield used in the cable design. U is the rated power frequency voltage between conductors used in cable design, and Um is the maximum value of the highest system voltage that the equipment can withstand.
According to the different cable laying environment and load, design and select the specifications of the cable. The non-armoured type is suitable for overhead, indoor, tunnel, cable trench and other occasions, and cannot withstand external mechanical forces. Armored and non-armored cables can be buried directly in the ground under applicable conditions. Can withstand certain mechanical external forces. Single-core cables are not allowed to be laid in pipes that produce magnetism. Special types of cables should be selected for flammable, explosive, chemically corrosive, high temperature, low temperature and other occasions.

Storage and transportation
When the cable is stored, the packaging should be standardized to avoid long-term open-air sunlight exposure, and the ends should be reliably sealed. Long-term storage in a humid environment is not allowed, and the cable reel cannot be laid flat. The height of the tray should be considered and effectively fixed during transportation. When hoisting, several trays are not allowed to be hoisted at the same time, and it is strictly forbidden to push them down from a high place.

Laying and installation
Special tools should be used for cable laying, such as pay-off racks, guide rollers, etc., to prevent mechanical damage during the laying process and keep away from heat sources.
When laying the cable through the pipe, the inner diameter of the pipe shall not be less than 1.5 times the outer diameter of the cable. It is forbidden to squeeze the cables when multiple cables pass through the pipe, and the total area of the cables shall not exceed 40% of the total area in the pipe.

This product is produced in accordance with the standard of GB12706 "Rated Voltage 35KV Copper Core, Aluminum Core Plastic Insulated Power Cable". At the same time, it can also be produced according to the International Electrotechnical Commission's recommendations: standard IEC, British standard, German standard and American standard according to user needs.

The product is suitable for power distribution networks with rated power frequency voltages of 0.6/1KV and below, or fixed installations in industrial installations. Commonly used for overhead cable operations.

The classification according to voltage is not strictly divided, but is divided according to the statement generally accepted in the industry. According to the voltage used, yjv cables can be divided into
1KV and below are low voltage cables;
1KV~10KV are medium voltage cables;
10KV~35KV are high voltage cables;
35~220KV is UHV cable.
