H07RN-F Extra Large Cable
Scope of applicationH07RN-F power cable for wind power generation is suitable for free movement, free suspension or fixed installation. In a free-hanging installation environment, the cable can be twisted freely with the fan.
The phase line of the fan generator rotor to the power distribution box; the phase change line and the ground line of the fan power distribution cabinet to the box.
The cable is highly flexible, can withstand bad weather, grease, mechanical shock and temperature pressure. Applications include processing equipment, mobile power supplies, construction sites, stage and audio-visual equipment, port areas and dams. It can also be fixed in lime installation, temporary buildings and residential barracks, drainage and sewage treatment, cold environments and harsh industrial environments. In a single-phase or three-phase system, the larger working voltage is Uo/U 476/825V; in a DC system, the larger working voltage is Uo/U 619/1238 V; if in a fixed or protected installation environment The Uo / U is 600/1000 V.

Cable laying range
The cable is mainly laid in the air or buried directly in the soil containing water, acid and salt.
The rated voltage U0/U is 450/750V;
The long-term working environment temperature of the cable: -40～90℃;
The temperature of the cable laying environment is not lower than -15℃;
The smaller allowable bending radius of the cable should not be less than 6 times the outer diameter of the cable.
The conductor should meet the requirements of the fifth conductor specified in IEC60228.
The surface of the conductor should be smooth, free of grease, burrs that damage the insulation, and single wires that are raised or broken.
Each conductor is covered with an isolation layer made of suitable material.
The nominal value of the insulation thickness should comply with DIN VDE 0250-4, the average value of the insulation thickness should not be less than the nominal value, and the thickness of the thinner part should not be less than 90%-0.1mm of the nominal value.
The insulation adopts ethylene propylene rubber insulation, and its performance meets the requirements of EI4 type insulating material in DIN VDE 0207-20. The insulation should be tightly packed on the conductor, and it should be easy to peel off without damaging the insulator, conductor or coating. The insulating surface should be smooth and uniform in color.
Insulated cores should be identified by color signs or digital signs, and should comply with DIN VDE 0293.
The nominal value of the sheath thickness should comply with DIN VDE 0250-4. And the average value of the outer sheath should not be less than the nominal value, and the thickness of the thinner part should not be less than 85%-0.1mm of the nominal value.
The sheath is made of neoprene or similar elastomer materials, and its performance should meet the requirements of EM2 type in DIN VDE 0207-21. The sheath should be tightly squeezed on the stranded insulated core or coating, and the surface of the outer sheath of the cable should be smooth and uniform in color.
The outer diameter of the cable should comply with the regulations of DIN VDE 0250-4 and Q/321023KLA130.
The conductor DC resistance value of the finished cable at 20°C is not greater than that specified in IEC60228.
The finished cable and insulated core should be able to withstand the specified AC rated voltage 2500V withstand voltage test, and no breakdown should occur within 5 minutes.
The mechanical and physical properties of the finished cable insulation meet the requirements of DIN VDE 0282-4.
The mechanical and physical properties of the finished cable sheath comply with the regulations of DIN VDE 0282-4.
The finished cable should be able to withstand the low temperature performance test specified at -40°C.
The finished cable should be able to pass the burning test specified in IEC60332.1 or EN 50265-2-1.
The finished cable should be able to pass the oil resistance test specified in EN 60811-2-1.
The finished cable should be able to withstand the torsion resistance test of four rotations for each of the positive and negative directions, the torsion angle is not less than /-150°/m, and the number of times is not less than 3,600 times. After the cable test is completed, the conductor shall not break and the sheath surface shall not crack.
