Disc electrodes are divided into four materials: gold disc electrode, silver disc electrode, silver chloride disc electrode, and sintered electrode
(The material of the electrode sheet is different, other materials are the same)
Gold plate electrode: the plate head adopts the hanging plating process, and the pure copper is plated with gold
Silver plate electrode: The silver plate head is made of pure silver, with good conductivity and stable signal
Silver chloride electrode: The pan head process is pure copper plating silver chloride, with stable signal, good conductivity, low impedance and low noise.
Wire core: The wire core is made of silver foil wire core, and the outer skin is coated with medical grade TPU, which is stretch-resistant, corrosion-resistant, not easy to oxidize, soft in texture and not easy to wind, and not easy to harden in winter.
Terminal: The connector is an imported terminal, and the interface is sealed and injection molded, with good contact, and it is not easy to loosen after long-term insertion and removal.
Uses: Used in conjunction with conductive paste and gel to collect biological output electrical signals for EEG detection, EEG monitoring and polysomnography detection systems.
Sintered electrode:
The sintering process is a synthesis process of silver and silver chloride, which makes the electrode sheet maintain a stable signal for a long time during use, even after oxidation, it can still transmit electrical signals well.
