High Temperature Silicone Rubber Cables
High-temperature silicone rubber ( YGC ) wires and cables are suitable for fixed laying power transmission lines or connecting cables for mobile electrical appliances with AC rated voltages of 0.6/1KV and below.
It has the characteristics of heat radiation, cold resistance, acid and alkali resistance, corrosive gas, and waterproof. The cable structure is soft, easy to lay, stable electrical performance in high temperature (alpine) environment, outstanding anti-aging performance and long service life. It is widely used in metallurgy, electric power, petrochemical, electronics, automobile manufacturing and other industries.


Silicone rubber power cable

Silicon rubber power cable executive standard: flame retardant and fire-resistant characteristic test according to GB12666-90 requirements
The use characteristics of silicone rubber power cable:
1. AC rated voltage: U0/U 0.6/1KV
Maximum working temperature: 180℃
The lowest ambient temperature: fixed laying -60℃
2. The cable installation temperature should not be lower than -25℃.
3. Allowable bending radius of the cable: the minimum cable is 10 times the outer diameter of the cable
4. Working temperature: -60~+200℃
5. Conductor: stranded tinned copper wire
6. Insulation: Silicone rubber
7. Sheath: Silicone rubber
8. Color: red/yellow/blue/white/black/yellow-green/brown/green, etc.
